Hand-picked cherries are dried and rested in wooden silos before final milling. Contributing producers include José Wagner Ribeiro Junqueira (Tres Barras) and Alvaro Antônio Pereira Coli (Sitio Da Torre), both known for their exceptional quality and consistent Cup of Excellence recognition.
